Caroline Gray to Participate on E-Learning Solutions Webinar Panel

Charlotte, N.C., October 7, 2003—On October 16th, 1:00-2:00 p.m. EST, Caroline Gray, Omega Performance's director, technology-based learning, will participate with other industry-recognized e-Learning executives in a webinar titled, Learning Content Solutions for the Financial Services Industry. Saba—a leading provider of human capital development and management solutions, and an Omega Performance technology partner—is hosting.

"Participants will learn how to effectively leverage their training investments," explained Gray. "I'll focus on e-Learning issues that are of concern to the banking industry and the products and services Omega Performance offers to meet those needs. I'll also discuss our unique learning philosophy and instructional design approach."
