Alan Blair
Managing Director, Asia
Alan manages Omega Performance operations in Asia with offices in Singapore and Shanghai. He leads a team of relationship managers, consultants and functional specialists, who together provide their clients with the latest in innovative performance improvement solutions.
Alan joined Omega Performance in 2003 after having served in senior banking roles in New Zealand and the UK for more than 20 years. He has held key management positions within HSBC and Banque Indosuez in New Zealand where he gained strong skills and experience in institutional, corporate and commercial banking, as well as global cash management, treasury and trade finance. In addition to his strong product and market knowledge, Alan is able to bring to clients his vast experience of sales management, coaching and communication skills to ensure clients achieve significant business improvements and bottom line results.
Alan is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Bankers.
