Ms. Gray has worked in the field of technology-based learning for over 20 years, and her experience and expertise has been recognized in a variety of ways, including advising on the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Standard on design principles and framework for multimedia user interfaces, serving as Senior Judge for the Brandon Hall E-learning Awards; receiving numerous instructional design and media use awards, and being honoured with the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Excellence in Practice award.
While an educational television producer, her multi-media learning solutions set sales records as international business training tools. Her skills as an instructional designer and consultant were used by one of Canada’s largest banks, where she worked with their commercial banking area to help them implement strategic initiatives using assessments, multimedia and distance learning tools.
Since joining Omega Performance, she has been responsible for the development and administration of Omega’s extensive online diagnostics and courseware.
In addition, Ms. Gray has an expertise in Performance Measurement and eLearning, and Blended Learning, which is reflected in recent publications on these topics. Ms. Gray is an Academic Scholarship winner and Summa Cum Laude graduate of York University, Toronto. She has done graduate work in Philosophy and Adult Education at University of Wisconsin and the University of Toronto.
