Connie Hritz
Senior Vice President, Research and Development

As Senior Vice President of Research & Development, Connie is responsible for leading a team of research managers, instructional designers, and product managers and developers focused on development in all Omega Performance lines of business—commercial and consumer credit, commercial and consumer sales, customer service, contact center, wealth management, and leadership.
Prior to this position, Connie served as Product Manager for the Contact Center practice, creating solutions in workshop, online, and consulting formats. She has also served as an Omega Performance Senior Consultant, specializing in management development, retail sales culture implementations, cross-sell strategies, coaching, and customer service training in all retail delivery channels. Prior to joining Omega, Connie was the Performance Development Manager for Alltel Information Systems.
Connie brings 15 years of banking experience to Omega, having served as Vice President with responsibilities that spanned discount brokerage, contact center management, director of business development calling programs, and branch management.
She has led seminars and workshops for the American Institute of Banking and the Independent Community Bankers Association and has been a conference speaker for the American Bankers Association and the American Society for Training and Development.
Connie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and attended the University of Houston at Clear Lake for postgraduate studies.
