Margie Kensil
Senior Vice President, Director of Services & ITF
Charlotte, NC
As Senior Vice President, Director of Services & ITF, Margie is responsible for leading Omega Performance’s team of North American consultants. She also spearheads global business development opportunities and resource coordination as head of Omega’s ITF (International Task Force).
Prior to this position, Margie served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Sales and Service, responsible for retail sales and service business development opportunities, both domestically and internationally. Margie also served as Senior Vice President, Curriculum Development, where she held leadership responsibilities for Omega Performance’s commercial and consumer Sales and Service Solutions. She also filled the roles of Director of Consulting Services, and Senior Consultant where she led a team of 43 North American consultants and facilitators, and implemented executive and senior-level sales, sales management, and coaching solutions, respectively.
Margie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Campbell University and a Master of Science degree in Vocational/Technical Education from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, with continuing studies completed at the University of Michigan’s Executive Management Program.
