- Promoting Ownership
- Celebrating Progress
- Identifying typical missteps in communicating change and identifying what could be done to remedy them.
- Planning how to implement a Model for Communicating Change and practicing how to do so:
- Explain the change and its drivers
- Be authentic about benefits and challenges
- Explore reactions and implications
- Gain commitment to next steps
- Understanding the interplay between the Change Readiness States and the Change Process.
- Developing powerful questioning strategies that align coaching with the Change Process: creating self awareness, evaluating priorities, raising commitment levels and taking action.
- Practicing coaching direct reports through different stages of Change Readiness.
- Building action plans for coaching key direct reports to help them through the change.
Our Facilitator:
Nicola Hooker, Omega Performance consultant for Asia/Pacific, is a key facilitator of Omega’s change management programs. Nicola has over 10 years experience in professional development working with executives, managers, and teams within organisations to measurably enhance the results they achieve. Nicola has a solid background in operational management, previously working in London, Tokyo, and Sydney, and has a strong interest in management effectiveness. She has theoretical and practical expertise in leadership and coaching, with an Honours degree in Management Science and Organisational Behaviour and she is currently completing her Masters in Organisational Coaching at Sydney University.
